100-Word Fringe: “Pete Dobbing” at Assembly George Square

Some say you can know a man a lifetime and never truly know him, but after fifteen delightful minutes with Pete Dobbing I feel like I’ve got a good handle on him. Comedian-cum-trickster-cum-whatever-pays-the-bills Dobbing was doing a quick set as a primer for variety show The Mess, and while he’s not necessarily going to be pumping out the one-liners of the festival he has a jovial personality and a keen sense of audience particapation. A knack for making everything entertaining – even when he’s just creatively donning a hat. Also, the man is a God with a Rubik’s Cube. 1:26!

Pete Dobbing is performing as part of The Mess in the Assembly George Square until August 28th.

Tickets: £4.99
