100-Word Premiere: “House”

It’s 12 months after the finale of season seven, and while it’s nice to see the show acknowledge House’s actions by putting him in prison (he did almost kill Cuddy and friends by driving through her living room) it does feel like a slight re-tread of the season six opener which had him in a psychiatric institution. Suffice to say he pisses off his fellow prisoners, solves a medical crisis through unorthodox methods, and even picks up a new cast member in the form of Dr. Jessica Adams (to be joined by the adorable Charlyne Yi next week). Nothing changes.
